The quick release clamp helps clamps your rear wheel tightly and allows you to take the bike down much easier than other bike trainers

This stationary exercise bike stand has a easy to install and remove design, it is also very stable and holds your bike securely. The wide height allows unshakable balance when connecting with the rear wheel. It can simulate real cycling feel, but are much quieter than other regular trainers you can find in stores.
